Return Policies & Extra Terms for Bounce With It Inflatables

At Bounce With It Inflatables, we've made renting bounce houses and waterslides a blast! But hey, let’s cover what happens if life throws a curveball. We totally get it—plans can change, and unexpected events pop up. If you need to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 72 hours in advance for a full refund. After that, we’ll do our best, but we can’t promise a refund since we prep for the day of your party well in advance. Just give us a shout to discuss your situation, and we’ll work together to find a solution!

Safety is our jam! All our bounce houses and waterslides undergo thorough inspections and disinfecting before each rental. We aim to keep the bounce fun safe and free from nasty surprises. If you experience a mechanical issue while having the time of your life, let us know right away! We’ll do our best to fix the situation or replace the unit to keep the smiles rolling. • Check your rental for cleanliness and function upon delivery. • All units require adult supervision during use. • We’re on-call for you—got a question or a need?
